Please visit NCCDP.org to obtain information on all of the requirements. Once you pay for this class, there will be no refunds. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they meet all the requirements.
Senior Care Solutions Online™ LLC and its agents cannot be held responsible for people not qualifying for certification or not passing the exam to become certified.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners for council/direction as to the certification process and an individual’s eligibility for certification.
Senior Care Solutions Online™ LLC does not refund monies for the course once the class has been purchased. During the course no audio or videotaping/recording is permitted. Purchaser agrees to adhere to the copyright laws as they pertain to any copy written material given during the course.
