Covering topics like how to talk about sensitive subjects and how to encourage wellness, this program is a must for all professionals who work with seniors. Memory and Memory Renewal - Designed to explore the procedure of how memories are made and how our brains process information, this class is a great addition to your understanding of dementia and memory loss.

Food Safety - Explore the zany world of a health inspector’s investigation in a case of food poisoning. This program discusses the seriousness of food safety, delivered in an entertaining method.

Infection Control - Designed to cover the state-required infection control training for assisted living employees.

Activities of Daily Living - Designed to cover the state-required ADL training for assisted living employees.

Resident Rights - Designed to cover the state-required residents’ rights training for assisted living employees.

Nutrition - Designed to cover the basics of nutrition and how to help ensure that residents are getting proper nutrition.

Documentation - This program will address the importance of documentation, the procedure for proper documentation and some helpful hints on how to get the documentation done.

Please visit NCCDP.org to obtain information on all of the requirements. Once you pay for this class, there will be no refunds.
